Top shelf beverages and very tasty food! We came with friends and had a wonderful meal! All the dishes were well received by each person and super delicious! My gnocchi was amazing!!! Go for a drink on the patio first and enjoy the beautiful views!
My husband & I came here on our honeymoon trip and we were blown away. Our food was fantastic & the service was even better! Our waitress went out of her way to move our table to get a better view & gave us a few complimentary treats; not to mention how fantastic and personable she was! My husband had the chicken entree & has not stopped saying it’s the best chicken he’s ever had. I ordered the walleye & was blown away. My husband and I split the stonecliffe salad, spring gnocchi, and burgundy beef short rib. All were delicious! Our server was attentive and personable, which made for a great dining experience!

The Straits restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience with a beautiful view of Lake Huron. The New York strip dinner is amazing, and the attention to detail is evident in every dish. The staff, especially Angus and Alex, provide excellent service. Vegetarian options are available, with delicious salads and pasta dishes. The cauliflower dish may be a bit spicy for some, but the Michigan Potato is a tasty choice. The dessert options, like Katie's cream puff, are both delicious and visually appealing. A top-notch restaurant worth visiting again.
