“I went there today really early and honestly I expected them to be a little grumpy, but they were absolutely wonderful and going above and beyond. I'm extremely happy with my service and the cups are super strong, I dropped mine like twice on accident and it stayed intact through everything and kept all the coffee, I'm super impressed with the strength of the cup!!“
“I love, love, LOVE my Starbucks!! I come to this location every morning before work because the staff here is AMAZING!!! There is actually another Starbucks that I could go to on my way, that is closer, but I refuse! I LOVE my Miss Joan and Horus!! Seriously outstanding and genuine people. “Came through drive thru with my mom. From pulling into line with 2 cars in front of me, to driving out with meal, it took about ~5 minutes. The person taking my order and the window were both friendly. The worker at the window also was kind to my mom when she had some issues with the tech. The drink I received had my dietary restrictions in mind and correct, and the drink tasted great!“
“So I was at your Kroger store as you can see and I scanned my app and my four transactions were not in my account. At 10:07 I spent 9.22 at 10.09 I spent 5:78. At 10:11 I spent 5:78. At 10:12 I spent 5:78 and I didn't get my amount of sales and I was supposed to buy four eggs bite's before 11 am and I didn't get my extra 90 stars . The service was great and I appreciate the people that waited on me but I need my stars . Being that you sent me a survey you seen that I was there.“
