“If you haven’t been to The Fly Trap in Ferndale, you are seriously missing out.
I’ve been coming here for close to 20 years, and somehow they just keep hitting the mark. From the homemade jam to the perfect muffins, the food is consistently excellent.
The service may not always be perfectly polished, but honestly, that’s part of what I love about this place. It feels personal. They care about you, they remember people, and there’s something genuinely warm about being there.
Twenty years later, I’m still coming back. That probably says more than anything else could.

“Always loved the "Grill" for breakfast now it's open till 8:) All the food is excellent especially the Greek Fries (french fries red onion feta & house made creamy Greek dressing) The staff is delightful and the customers diverse. Everyone is welcome. Our favorite family restaurant!“

“I had the Craving barbecue burger. It was excellent. Came with grilled onions mayo lettuce tomato and bacon. Also ordered the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries with it and it was good. I went to the drive-through you could tell that food was made fresh took about 7 to 9 minute wait for food. And the service was welcoming and warm. This may be my new spot“

“We had a party of 6 on Sunday everyone in their was very friendly the food and drinks were excellent the service was great the place was clean they had plenty of parking and the prices were reasonable I would recommend this place to anyone and we had a good time and I would go back again“

“This place was delicious and oh my gosh I love the waitresses there, they were so nice and was making us laugh . They give you a huge portions and they are always refilling our drinks. I will be going back soon and letting family and friends know how good it was.“

“Honestly, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ann and Ella because they are genuinely two of the best servers I’ve ever had. They’re always so friendly and attentive, and they make coming here such a good experience every single time. They remember us, make us feel welcome, and always make sure we’re taken care of—even when they’re super busy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find. They’re a huge part of why we love coming here!“

“I usually dont do reviews. I just ordered thru Doordash chicken Alfredo it was great I was impressed. A large portion flavor good me and my 2 teen boy and teen daughter ate off of one portion. We also had a grilled chicken salad we split and everyone was full with leftovers to spare. Ty I definitely will be making this my go to spot.“

“I originally sent out to go to the house of Ruben down the road but they were closed so I decided to stop in here for the corned beef eggrolls. Let me tell you they’re better than the Asian corn beef eggrolls. In my opinion I would definitely recommend a place for eggrolls and they’re not small either.“

“First time trying this coney island and I was pretty impressed. Prices are fair, slightly more than Leo's, National, or Kirby's, but not by much.
Food was actually much better than expected and the portions were perfect.
Loved the theme and decor, good vibes.
Waitress was friendly and checked on us at appropriate times.
No complaints, not sure why this place has ratings in the upper 3's, but I'll come back here for sure.“
