“My wife and enjoyed our 55th anniversary with dinner at Amore'. Chef Jenna visited every table in our area and asked about every course we ordered. This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. From the waiter, the live music, our beverages, and Jenna's attention paid to all, the best meal ever.“

What really made the experience, though, was Kyle. Easily one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. Quick with refills, checked in without hovering, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience.

“It's rare to find a brewery with equally great beers and great food--Greyline delivers! We ordered a couple of flights and liked the Mosacca, Fade, and Hopsicle the most. For an app, we ordered the homemade cheese dip (they also have free popcorn), which was good. For our food, we ordered the Jive Chicken and Foghorn Blue (homemade potato salad!) sandwiches. “I have been coming here for years. In my opinion, best Chinese food and prices on the west side of GR and Walker/Standale. I have never been unhappy with a meal here. Nice people too! The dining room is small and you eat out of styrofoam and plastic utensils, that's true. But this is mostly a take out place, not a true dine in place.“

I was welcomed by Nicole, who was friendly and helpful. We discussed this is my first visit. I was able to choose from the large variety of bagels. Nicole asked which two I had narrowed it down to and recommended the Swiss bagel, mentioning that it is particularly popular with their customers. I took her suggestion and ordered a breakfast bagel with Swiss. Chloe then prepared my order efficiently. Both employees were welcoming and attentive, contributing positively to the experience. The quality of my breakfast bagel sandwich was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Big Apple Bagels in Jenison.“
