It should be explained that there is only one cup for the shakes and that the cup won't be filled up. Also when the staff talks about people, they should wait till the person or people walk away. There were two young guys working the registers on Saturday. Also I said yes for whip cream on my shake and they looked at me confused. They also forgot something from another patrons order.
Since my wife has been going to UofM for cancer treatment, we've been stopping here to eat on the way home. The people have always been nice and the food is good. We don't eat out much at home. She enjoys it, that's all that matters.

I ordered 1 double cheese burger, paid waited a few minutes, then they asked me to pull forward and wait and someone would bring me my order. About 4 minutes later I got my burger???? They were waiting on the patties.
