“Was in need of catering services for Customer Service Week and my staff overwhelmingly voted for Jersey Giant on Cedar Street in Lansing. I’m not a sandwich person so I was hesitant for such an important event, but I ordered based in their feedback. Dale helped me with figuring out how many platters I needed and to be very transparent, I tried TWO sandwiches and they were the freshest, most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, remember, I’m not a sandwich person. My staff were over the moon with their lunch and made me promise to only provide food from Jersey Giant. I promised!!! Large order, some veggie subs, all the trimmings, delicious!“

The workers there, lady and a gentleman, were very kind and doing a great job juggling pick-up orders and walk-in customers (in my opinion as someone who has worked retail). When I asked for "lots" of something, they didn't get skimpy with it, and if you get a chance to try the footlong peppermint cookie/brownie thing, GET IT!!! They warm it just as you're checking out so it's melted and oh my word it's delicious! It was very clean inside and pretty quiet for how small it is. The ONLY reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it's one of the locations not equipped to serve icees (was really in the mood for one). Absolutely no fault of the employees nor a reflection of their service....just something I truly enjoy from Subway if it could eventually be at all locations....pretty please? 💜💜😋😋“
