“Was in need of catering services for Customer Service Week and my staff overwhelmingly voted for Jersey Giant on Cedar Street in Lansing. I’m not a sandwich person so I was hesitant for such an important event, but I ordered based in their feedback. Dale helped me with figuring out how many platters I needed and to be very transparent, I tried TWO sandwiches and they were the freshest, most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, remember, I’m not a sandwich person. My staff were over the moon with their lunch and made me promise to only provide food from Jersey Giant. I promised!!! Large order, some veggie subs, all the trimmings, delicious!“

Should probably update their closing time.I was asked to leave feedback on a separate website. Not sure why I have to give my home address and other personal information just to say "change your closing time online so people know and don't waste their time." I get that they're probably short staffed, I am too where I work. I'd just like to not waste 10 minutes of my lunch break to find they're closed again. I stopped by at 630 and they were already closed up, lights off and gone home.“

“I am convinced this is one of the best Subway locations, possibly in existence. The staff is so fun and kind, the restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. I go out of my way to go to this location, partly because of those reasons, and also because they don't mix the teriyaki sauce with their chicken. Some locations do that and it does not have the same quality of taste. Well done!“

“I love this chain and am overall pretty happy with this location. Overall my biggest complaint is that it just looks worn down. The owners need to invest some money into a deep cleaning, paint job, and updating some equipment and this place would be great. Nice, friendly employees, which is of course a big benefit.“

“I have to say I love subway and the one at the South Penn Meijer and the one in the 5500ish block of Cedar are the worst ran places I have ever seen. I will leave a review for the Cedar street one soon. So I go to this one and rarely have an issue.“
