“I recently hosted a small luncheon and decided to oder from here. I was so pleased that I did. The gentleman did an excellent job helping me with my order. The subs were huge and also huge amount of the fixings for the subs as well as the condiments.My guest loved them.I definitely will recommend ordering from here. 😊“

“we go to the Mason location. Food is usually pretty fresh.
There is one male manager that you don’t know what “mood” he’s in until he either speaks or hides in the back so I give him 2 stars will it be the Jekyll or Hyde persona for that visit?
They are the closest location trekking home from work so already I just want to get food and go home without feeling like I’m a bother.

All the staff were polite and it was nice to sit inside and see a team that worked well together to be efficient and kind both to customers and each other. “Freshly slicing the meat and putting it directly onto my sandwich was amazing! BIG, THICK SANDWICHES! The bread was fresh and you get the choice of white or wheat. The workers were friendly and the sandwiches are the star! Also they had cold Coke Zero 20oz bottles in stock. If you get the large sub then you will have lunch left over for tomorrow.“

As it was my own error and the timeline was really tight, they were under absolutely no obligation to help me fix it, but they did and were incredibly kind about the whole ordeal. “I go into this subway at least 1x a week. The workers always make me feel special. They are funny and engaging. There is a really tall guy with shoulder length hair who always brightens my day, a young lady with dark hair who is always chatty (in a great way), honestly they are all great!! As I placed my order, a man who was sitting in the lobby stood up and left, seemingly intending to place his order. Despite Sincere attempting to catch him, the man was rude and continued to his car.“

One has an allergy to all dairy products. The sandwich assembler was aware of the need to change his gloves between assembling sandwiches. The store is very clean.
