“we celebrated our anniversary today and our server was Melissa and she went out of her way to make our special day one to remember. She was so attentive and told us some history that we didn't know. An outstanding server. Kudos to the chef who cooked my steak to perfection along with great veggies/baked potato. My wife very much enjoyed the pot roast dinner. thanks again staff for a great meal.“

“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.
Wait Staff is ALWAYS very nice, pleasant, and efficient. There has never been a time that we've been disappointed or unhappy with our service nor our food.“

“Really dug this place, visiting from out of town. Tons of TVs to watch the NBA finals and better than average pub food. The wings are outstanding, and tap style is the way to go. I appreciated the friendly service we got too. They were more than accommodating.“

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!“

“Basically, this location has gone DOWNHILL over the past 3 to 6 months, after Mike and a few other tenured staff people left. The cooks either don't care or aren't paid enough to get your order right and, once again today, the A/C here was not working, doors were propped open and 1 of only 2 toilets in the Women's Restroom was working. What's going on, Leo's of Oxford???“

“We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“The food is good! Like most places, things can be off sometimes. I wish I remembered our waitress' name because she was amazing! The bathroom was pretty clean and i like the outdoorish seating option because it's pretty dark inside.“
