“This place nails it every time. Super friendly staff, quick service, and custom orders are correct almost every single time. On the rare occasion there's a problem, they make it right without any hassle. The new AI order-taker is hilarious. It works way better than I expected but sometimes messes up big time. I know they must be laughing at my frustration but quickly a person comes on to clarify the order. I quickly learned that you don't have to answer the 5 extra bonus questions about charity for kids, extra sauces, nacho fries, rounding up, adding a drink, if you just drive up after the order it will be correct. It's so hilarious when it starts asking my utility trailer to place an order after I pull forward.“
