First, I'm in no way affiliated with the Milan McDonald's or any of its employees.
I realize that the Milan McDonald's, along with many others, has been plagued over the past several years with employee shortages. This has certainly contributed to patron dissatisfaction, especially at certain times of the day.

Food is generally fresh in comparison to other locations, however, i feel mcdonalds has just started to suck overall in comparison to other fast food. & staff always seems miserable.
