“Phenomenal coffee & Great staff!!! A must stop in Milan Michigan!!“

“First, I'm in no way affiliated with the Milan McDonald's or any of its employees. I realize that the Milan McDonald's, along with many others, has been plagued over the past several years with employee shortages. This has certainly contributed to patron dissatisfaction, especially at certain times of the day. Unfortunately, the employees that do show up for work frequently receive undeserved criticism and even become the targets of insults and profanity. Although no employee of any company is perfect, those that are responsible enough to show up for work and offer a service should at least receive some credit for doing so. However, despite employee shortages, I believe the McDonald's and Milan Michigan is above average in many respects. This is the only restaurant that I patronize over 250 mornings a year on average. And there's a reason for that. Although the food may not always be as fresh as desired, the employees are always willing to exchange or somehow compensate the patron when asked to do so. For " regulars" like me, the staff typically goes the second mile to make sure that my order is correct and fresh. Sometimes they throw in a special perk, such as a free soft drink if the wait is abnormally long. Or allowing me to have free syrup even when my order did not include hot cakes. Although it's impossible to list all of the morning managers and employees by name, I extend well-deserved kudos to Casey, Amanda, Lisa, Shannon, Cheyenne, Kayla, Katie, Faith, Damien, Allison, Lily, Lindsey, Vicky, Ryan and others. All of these (and others) deserve far more credit than they get. Which is why I plan to patronize the Milan McDonald's for years to come. May God bless every employee at the Milan McDonald's.“

“This is a wonderful coffee shop! The owner had a great personality and expressed gratitude with his shop. I loved my lattes! I started off with a 20oz Dubai chocolate latte. One of my favorites!! Ended with a 16 oz raspberry mocha latte. All very delicious! Come check this coffee shop out asap!! :)“

“I love this place! Very nice atmosphere, great food and drinks! The kids and I make it a tradition to play our favorite card game, while we eat musubi, oreo mochi waffles, and popcorn chicken, and drink our favorite Boba drinks. The owner is always so gracious and welcoming! I love how involved he is with the community and how he displays the art from the local schools on the wall. Would be a great place to host an art show, or a small open mic night!“

“I love this Tim Hortons. Not only is the food great, the cappuccinos amazing, and the donuts delicious, but the staff are always so nice and helpful.

You always hear the staff laughing and having good conversations on back, which tells you they like working there and are treated well. To me, that translates into great customer service. This is how every business should run.

“Great place to eat and getting better everyday“

“I had a very tasty sandwich and chips. After going through the drive-thru and realizing that I didn’t get the drink that comes with the meal or a receipt, I went aside and let the cashier know. She seemed suspicious and asked a few questions, eventually finding the receipt and then giving me the drink and receipt. It would have been nice if she had acknowledged that a mistake had been made and an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I felt as if she thought I was inconveniencing her.“

“I dont know why this Starbucks gets hate. The baristas are literally some of the nicest Starbucks workers I've ever met. It is in the target so its loud and sometimes a line but never more than a 5 minute wait. I get drinks here all the time and never had a problem. 10/10“
