“While jets generally is more pricey it’s worth it because of the fact that they make everything from the dough, to shredding the cheese, to the dressings, etc. I really am only writing this review to give a shout out to my delivery driver. He was an older gentleman didn’t catch his name but he was so friendly and upbeat, you don’t see that often anymore! Keeping being awesome sir!“
“Went here the evening of December 13th 2023. I have not had good service and the quality of the food has been sub par in the past at this location. This time; however, was different. The man who waited on me was very courteous, the pizza (for a hot n ready) was decent, and the store was much cleaner than it has been in a long time. Whatever they are doing different, please keep it up.“
“We have enjoyed Byrds Hot Chicken in Novi twice now - the first time for my son's birthday in February and today, just because! The food is consistent, hearty and delicious. I especially love the crunchy coating on the chicken. Yum! Although the menu is very simple, it works like a charm with several customizable options and it really seems to hit the spot. I find that the set up of this cafe-style restaurant is chic and perfect for a city like Novi. The choice of colors, textures, furniture and the overall ambiance are very tastefully coordinated. The owners, though, are really what stand out. They make an effort to provide excellent customer service, are very friendly and take time with each customer to make sure that their order is well placed and explained. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant was being well patronized when I stopped by to pick up my take out order this evening. Byrds Hot Chicken is a must try!“

“First time here, it was surprisingly good. I had no idea what kind of cuisine they served. Got the kimchi box with slice beef. Mildy seasoned with noodles and rice, it was delicious. The atmosphere was nice except I found the chairs uncomfortable, but that’s me. Service was helpful and prompt.“
“Been a loyal customer since the opening. To be honest it was Almost ALWAYS Randy, who would be taking orders, aswell as preparing. That speaks to the quality that we(unfortunately just myself now) grew to enjoy. Definitely a customer for life as I can only think of 1 time when there was a mistake, but Randy remedy and problem was resolved.“
“We visited here for the first time. We drive by all the time but the stories on the Interwebs drew us in. We ordered one of each, the Chicago Style and the Detroit style. The Chicago style was slightly better mostly because it had more of that delicious sauce. The pizzas were great, the atmosphere was great, the menu is huge, the beverage selection is crazy good. What stood out most was the owner and employees. What outstanding people. Super friendly, generous, kind. The sort of experience that will make us go back again and again. So many things on the menu to try it will keep us coming. Oh, try the Jambalaya! He gave us a sample and it was outstanding!“

“This place sells quality wings! I dropped by for a takeout order for a football game at home on a Saturday and ordered 20 half boneless and half bone-in wings with honey barbecue and teriyaki sauce. By both of those sauces, being wet sauces, it was very evident to me that the wings were freshly made made. The boneless wings were very clearly just fried and fresh prior to being dipped in sauce and were crunchy and delicious. Some of the reviews mentioned there's very little meat, however, I found this to not be the case with lots of meat on both types of wings. Because of this, the wings were very filling! Both sauces were perfect. For their sauces, they feature a spicy level spectrum similar to that of Buffalo Wild Wings and other wing chains, but with their own authentic flavors. Highly recommend this spot for chicken wings. They do have other very delicious sounding side options like mac & cheese and also sandwiches that I hope to try next time! Service was timely and the food was ready 15 minutes after I placed the online order. There is limited seating for dining in.“
“I am a vendor to many Jets pizzas. I can tell you that all the Jets I have are super clean! I know :) but it's something that's important to me! LOL! I see a lot of kitchens and practices that make me cringe. So the good places stand out for me.“
“Discovered this place a few months ago and have ordered now several times. Love the boxes with juicy tasty burgers with a heap of sweet potato waffle fries I am never able to finish it all at once sooo good, would recommend to anyone.Dietary restrictions: Ordering online does not give you the option for drink selection, I am diabetic and even after leaving notes, the dasher brought me drinks I cannot have. Now have to resort to calling the restaurant each time we order.“
“Our delivery driver was so nice! Our salad accidentally got forgot which was totally okay. they were just going to refund it. I was happy with just that. People make mistakes. I make plenty lol I would tell he genuinely felt bad he forgot it but I was still happy with the pizza..he still went back and got us the salad. He got us the refund and still went back for the salad. He was so nice!! I will definitely be ordering again. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you!!“
“My husband and I visited on Black Friday and enjoyed our meal. We had to get the Detroit style since we were in town. Prices were reasonable. I saw they had burrata on the menu and decided I wanted that over pizza. That was very good. I liked the tomatoes and cheese. My husband’s pizza looked incredibly greasy. Like, oil dripping off it. I am not from Detroit so I’m not sure if super greasy/ oily pizza is the way y’all make it/ enjoy it, and if it is, right on. But I wasn’t a fan. More power to y’all if y’all like it like that. But it’s just not for me.Kid-friendliness: Seem kid friendly, the family next to us seemed happy and like they enjoyed their food/ company.“
