“i had a beautiful experience with this location. first time trying this location, due to others around me being closed, and i just picked up my food 30 mins ago. on my way there, i had received a call from their store confirming our oddly specific requests, and he even described how he was going to make the food to suit our preferences. when i arrived at the store, i was asked another time if the food looked good enough to our tastes, and it was perfect. every xtra topping was included, and our cook time was to our exact preference. this store really pays attention to detail and cares about the customer’s needs.“

“Just got back from eating an amazing chicken Sandwich at Byrd's in Novi. Let me be frank Chic-fil-a and Kimchi Box are garbage. Get yourself a real chicken sandwich. WARNING: Byrd's is not playing with the spices... my wife got her's medium and it was hot.“

Make family size packs please! A 16-20 pack would be perfect! Family of four each gets four/plus a little left over or to share.“

Cauliwings were cooked perfectly and the glaze was on every floret. Great flavor. The traditional wings were sauced just right. Tried wings with and without blue cheese. Great either way. Meat cane right off the bone. I don’t know how the cook their fries but they’ve have found the perfect mix of crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. They weren’t fried hard or stiff. Well seasoned. The best fries. Last 2 things made me say I will return are the grape kool-aid that was just as sweet as it needed to be and the soft and flavorful cornbread. It had just a hint of sweetness. I highly recommend WingSnob. Might I add that Chad was friendly and helpful.“

“I cannot begin to describe how lovely this place is. The people working here are super nice and inviting and dont trade this off for actual skill. I had placed my order and was busy talking to the people there and before I knew it they gave me a box and told me it was my order. I want to highlight one of the workers there, Bella. Their boneless wings are huge pieces and their traditional wings are so meaty!!! They have numerous choices for the sauce. They also have numerous daily and weekly specials on their app!!! If you want great tasting and meaty wings; this is the place to order from!!! I’ve tried Wing Snob shortly after they opened last fall and I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again or order from Wing Stop ever again!!! “The food was absolutely fantastic so fresh and clean and it is possible to not order your food spicy because I like spice but can’t handle it and none of the things that I tried were really spicy except for the sauces, but that was optional. I really really liked the dumpling sauce. It wasn’t spicy at all. I had the bibimbap With noodles and beef. We also had the steamed pork dumplings and the potato dogs and everything was so good!! Highly recommend everything Came out pretty quickly and everything was a reasonable price“

“We stopped for the first time after church to see why it was called Manhattan FISH and chicken. I remember having fried fish in New York and the memory lingers. My husband is from Louisiana and so I ordered both the cod and the catfish. Both delicious and my husband said it was the best he had tasted in a long time. Macaroni and cheese and the coleslaw were a nice addition to our Sunday dinner. We were wished a pleasant day and they said "see you next time" .... there will definitely be a next time.“

Miss Carlee(?) the manager there, always remembers our goto preferences, for one we love Extra Sauce, and like always, Miss Carlee remembers. Too many pizza places think sauce is barely an afterthought. Also, Miss Carlee helps me out with best specials that the store is offering. As I am an older gentleman, often the technology is made to be confusing and difficult. Miss Carlee, goes the extra step! If i can get Miss Carlee to take our order over the phone, i'm always guaranteed excellent prime service! ... I am Really not a fan of the Corporate Pizza Hut Call Center, anytime i call to place an order, I must ask to talk to the Pizza Hut i'm trying to call. “This location was my regular Bdubs for a decade while I was working in Novi. The staff has always been kind and quality on my visits. The bar area and the regular seating areas are both consistent for service. The food is good and they have my favorite sauces and cheese sticks! I come here whenever I am in Novi to get my spicy garlic fix! Tuesdays and Thursdays are very busy like other Bdubs locations. Come to this location when you are in or near Novi.“
