“Whoever was the Manager On Duty on 12-6-24 around 6pm-9pm. He deserves a raise or a paid vacation.

I have been working 6 days a week and doing physical labor so Im super tired after work and I didnt realise the microphone operator had messed up my order.

So when I came back all pissed off and explained to him what happened, he remade my order and was very polite.

I will definitely return to the location after that experience.“

“In the past we have had bad experiences with several KFC in the area, In fact we drive the extra 8 miles to go to this one. We go past one a mile from us. The chicken is of excellent quality and consistency good. The pot pie is full of meat. We will continue to drive the distance to get this chicken.“

“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company.
