I used to think my dad was the biggest John Wayne fan but the collection on the walls shows someone is/was a bigger fan than my dad.“

“The event space is so cute and cozy. We loved how warm and inviting it was. Very cool, down to earth place. My absolute favorite thing is that you can bring your dogs inside! Oh, and the fire pit outside is pretty freaking cool! There were so many different options of beer, my husband got the sweet cider and I got the Kombucha (which has no alcohol) and it was delicious! My brother in law got "the farmers daughter" and also a pint to take home! Pizza was yummy! They didn't skimp on the salad toppings♥️“

“Visited evening of June 30th.

Excellent food. Got the 18” super steak with mushroom and onion. Get extra cheese, salt you wont regret it. Wife had veggie sub. Grille veggies can be hit or miss. Only regret is not getting the 18”, because she said it was the best veggie sub she’s ever had. 10/10. We were visiting from Iowa and can’t wait to eat there 4-5 times when we’re back in December.

Also, employees working were super friendly and helpful.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is cause we got the buffet and the pancakes were hard from being on the warmer for such a long time. “waited too long in drive thru, hot my order wrong, refused to show us the receipt, ordered extra fries as a side and just got the normal amount but charged for double, charged us different prices than was on the menu not just a dollar like tax either it was a lot more , when asked to give us the items messed up or missing from orser extremely rude old waiter with a mask (only person wearing a mask, take a hint lady)and wrinkles she wore at us and tried to charge us 7 more dollars then threw our money at us and told us not to come back ....dony worry we wont your food ain't that good, we come there out of convenience not prices or taste...we will make the drive to starlight from now on“

“Everyone knows Starlite is great. Thats why they're the last ones standing. Flint used to have so many restaurants, most were good. Over the years they have all closed but Starlite still stands and expanded! All their food is excellent! My favorites are The Big Sicilian and The Butcher's Chop Omelette. If you haven't been to Starlite, you're not from around here and I strongly recommend you stop in for a meal!“

On June 8th the time of the order was 12:53 P.M. The brisket was not tender the chef was stingy on the chicken, all in all the package was not worth $49.82 Whoever the chef was June 6th give him a raise. I cannot say the same for the order Feast for Two for the chef that served it.“

Other dinner food is OK, but portions to price aren't the best on other items.

I'm giving the omelet a shot this morning, so I'll post an update.
It's mainly a takeout spot for us since we don't drink, but I bet if you're drinking, it'd taste even better ?
Service as far as pick up goes is good don't know much about dine in that's why I gave it 3 stars.

Update:
The breakfast was really good and affordable.
The homemade toast was great. The omelet was perfectly portioned, and the hash Browns were good as well.
My gf had a breakfast sandwich that she said was really good.
We'll be ordering breakfast again for sure.“

“I went there with my son today and while we were eating he said to me he was thirsty so I ordered us a few sodas and the owner of the restaurant came to our table and had gotten him a cocomo slushie with boba. He was so excited and it was so thoughtful of him to do that. What a great experience.“
