This is by far the worst mcdonalds in Mt. Pleasant. I usually order through their mobile app and pick up through the drive thru. It saves us both time. But the last couple times I've been here, they have taken forever. I sat in one of their drive thru lanes and watched them help 3 other cars before me. Did drive thru for lunch. The drive thru order-taker was a very rushed person. I was a little put off by feeling hustled along. However the order was correct. The food was OK. Location is great.

Never really go and get McDonald's but decided to download there app and order off of it. Was able to get a chicken nugget 10 piece and then one free. Thought it was a great deal and my son had just gotten out of football game so he was hungry. Got the nuggets drove off. Got halfway down to open them and both of them were missing nuggets and nor did the nuggets taste fresh. Called the manager who said to drop his name and come and get some more to make up for it.
