All of their employees are AMAZING. They’re all so sweet and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can possibly be! Their coffee, donuts, breakfast, and lunch are hands down the best in town!
Ordered six Boston cremes and six vanilla cremes and got a box of a dozen single donuts, all different. Fail.
The customer service at this and all locations local is severely lacking. I had ordered two coffees and Tim bits, trying to surprise my husband. What I thought would be a ten minute trip turned into an hour trip. I was handed two different sized coffee my first go round despite my order, and my coffee was incorrect. I waited in line again and told the girl my coffee was wrong, she closed the doors and came back with a Luke warm coffee, no apology nothing. I went through again...read full review
