Absolutely love this campground. Very clean, quiet and proximity to beach and Munising are a plus. There is a dump station! FYI we got swimmers itch here on 9/3 - 9/4 2026 from the bay. Had no idea what it was or what to look out for. We swam exclusively in the bay at campsite along with snails and ducks. Lake Superior was 72. Now we know this trifecta = swimmers itch.
Clean, quiet, nice park. Rustic park with vault toilets. Large private sites. First come first serve, and ability to reserve sites. Short walk to the day use park, ruins, and lake. Would recommend and will be returning.
Reservable and First Come sites! Thank you for having a good number of FCFS so people don't take up all the sites then no show. Nice sized sites with privacy between. No services. Pit Toilets very clean. Dump station at the exit. Potable water spigots throughout. Tip-make sure to visit the ruins and the beach area!
