I really enjoyed Cap'n Ron's! Fish was very fresh and perfectly fried! Staff was friendly and entertaining! Eating outside with a fresh Lake Superior breeze coming off the bay was awesome. I'll be back!
I just had whitefish, chips and coleslaw and it was all excellent!! The fish was perfectly cooked and the fries were dusted with a very good seasoning. The coleslaw also had a good zing to it. Please remember to tip the cook(s) well when you get your food, especially in this hot weather! They deserve it!
Fish was fresh and delicious. Loved the tartar sauce. Wish they did the fries and pita chips in a fryer without chicken. However they were really accommodating and removed the fries and its price tag from our order. Would also recommend adding some seasoning, otherwise it was fantastic.
