“This is easily our favorite restaurant in Munising! Came here for a week of outdoor adventure, and this restaurant has been an absolute GEM in regards to quality, friendliness, and flavor. Everything we’ve had out of this kitchen is a HIT, and we came back today to get more of those dang delicious seasoned pretzels. If you only have time to stop at one place (or hell, even if you’re here for days like us), make it the Driftwood. Swing by the brewery next store and they’ll even bring your order to you! So so happy that this place exists. 🥹“

“Absolutely love this campground. Very clean, quiet and proximity to beach and Munising are a plus. There is a dump station! FYI we got swimmers itch here on 9/3 - 9/4 2026 from the bay. Had no idea what it was or what to look out for. We swam exclusively in the bay at campsite along with snails and ducks. Lake Superior was 72. Now we know this trifecta = swimmers itch.“

“Had a great experience. Service was fast. There was a small line but still felt like I got through there fast. The food itself was good. Got two 6” subs, drinks and chips. Cost over $20 so that seemed a bit pricey but it’s just not the subway prices they use to be. Still enjoyed it and loved my sub.“
