“Went there for a business lunch with an associate from Grand Rapids, He usually orders light or some type of salad. He tried the meat plater and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. I have never seen this side of him. He said he would definitely be back. He called it a destination spot for dinner. Needless to say it was great.“
“We treat ourselves to this place when we can. You can tell they put a lot of hard work into their recipes and Jamie is wonderful at what she does, she is working all hours to make sure the Bbq is ready for us to enjoy. Every staff member has been very nice to us, and we have always had a good meal from here! We will be back! Pictures are Pulled Pork and Brisket Meal i like all their bbq sauces lol“
“I have been going to US 31 BBQ since I was a kid in the 1980s with my parents who ate there when they were younger. They always said the BBQs were always excellent, and the taste/recipe never changed. They are not the traditional BBQs with a red sauce but more of a shredded meat in natural juices topped with a delicious, signature relish. I grab a meal whenever I am near and always am happy. Classic and delicious.“
