“We were greeted and served by Nicole. She was very friendly, knew all the best dishes A very good conversation and gave us a lot of insight about the surrounding area. I had ribs, brisket, homemade slaw, potato salad, and collard greens. My girl had the pulled pork sandwich. Brisket was nice and smoky and charred around the edges. The rib was perfectly smoked. They had a combination of different barbecue sauces and hot mustard and vinaigrette to go with your food. I also had some kind of coffee that was great as well. Was too full to stay for dessert but I know it would’ve been a hit. Thanks again Nicole you’re the best will see you this summer at the new location.“
“Me and my husband ordered 14oz. Prime ribs . He ordered his steak medium and mine was supposed to be medium well. The steaks were very rare. We didn't send them back because I have heard stories about sending food back. Not necessarily at Roadhouse but I just can't do it. However the cook should have noticed how RARE they were! The rest of the food was great (baked potato,salad,corn and the buns). This was our 39th anniversary meal.“
“I work at an area restaurant. I went there looking for a meal for my staff one day and decided to try the barbecue I found it to be absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been coming back ever since and my staff keeps asking when I’m going to bring in food from there again highly recommend the St. Louis slab so delicious. “I have been going to US 31 BBQ since I was a kid in the 1980s with my parents who ate there when they were younger. They always said the BBQs were always excellent, and the taste/recipe never changed. They are not the traditional BBQs with a red sauce but more of a shredded meat in natural juices topped with a delicious, signature relish. I grab a meal whenever I am near and always am happy. Classic and delicious.“
