the dine in service was slow
the product served was beyond unsatisfactory
and I'll never make that embarrassing mistake with my family ever again at this location
The Prime Rib Cheese Steak sandwich is aweful!. the bun was obviously microwaved to soften it..ended up rubbery. We had to doctor up the sandwich in order to eat it. Either improve it or take it off the menu! We like Arby's, however, this sandwich is a flop!.
