Originally my review was a one star and I am changing that to a 5 star now because of Drew’s top Notch customer service and his willingness to make things right after a bad experience. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who truly cares about their customers experiences. He not only made things right but we also assured me that he is working to improve the culture at Rykes bakery and because of this I will give the company another shot when I am in need of a cake.
Ordered a 7" marble flavored cake with bavarian cream filling and whipped frosting.It was one of the best cakes we've ever had.Everyone raved about it. It was moist and delicious.Decorated nicely. Would definitely order again from here.
