The Television channels blocked CNN and NBC. This is definitely a political decision sinceFOX news is offered in the rooms. I was told by the front desk that they block stations so you have to go the bar. The pool only has ladders and a handicap chair to get into the water. I was looking forward to exercising my knee in the pool. We did find NBC under a different station. We were offered 750 points it free breakfast. The free breakfast was bacon and eggs so we chose the points....read full review
I was very impressed with their customer service. I contacted them to change the reservation as I made a mistake and they were very accommodating in helping to correct.
Check in and out was a breeze for my in-laws because of the great customer service department they have.
Very pleased with this experience.
Highly recommend staying here.
