“They have no waiters, so you order and sit, and they will call your name. Friendly staff. Food was hot out of oven. I love Pizza Hut Pizzas. But they need to wear gloves and the young man with long hair and the other gentleman should both wear hair nets and gloves as they prepare and cook. You guys need higher standards for when it comes to food, please.“
“I recently went to McDonald’s to study since the WiFi wasn’t the best where I was at. It had a very new and modest setting. Had plenty of charging stations and seats available. If you are in town and need a nice place to study than this might be a great place.“
“I drove from Negaunee where I have had horrible experiences the past 3 times and decided to give the ishpeming location a try and we were so happy we did.Weston, Ansly, and Lorna (who looked to be a trainee) were working. I don't know if Weston is a manager- but he should be. His customer service was exceptional which is one thing that lacks in today's world especially when things get busy (6 item order ahead of my 5 item order). He was kind to my kids and he was kind and helpful to the 2 girls he was working with. Even looked like him and Ansly were also training Lorna in the mix of it. All 5 of our meals were like I remember subway being back in the day. They actually took time to make the sandwich properly, keep things clean, and made sure it was accurate to what I wanted. I will Def continue driving the extra couple miles to go to the Ish location for now on.“
“Very clean but not very friendly. Ordered food on app. Only people in restaurant and they didn’t even call out the order, heck never saw them even put it out on the mobile order shelf and I was facing that direction.Anyways went there to try the new breakfast taco and it was basically bacon bits in a tortilla with a dusting of cheese and egg.Also a side note: wifi at this location sucks. Drops every few minutes and need to reconnect and do their checkbox and connect thing.“

“Stopped by the negaunee location. Was helped by a Breckin. I was very impressed by his great customer service which is something that is unfortunately rare now a days. All 3 boys were working in the front and all were very pleasant to me and my daughter. The food was fast, correct and very good.“
