“We chose Bubba's Catering for our wedding in Pontiac and they were PHENOMENAL. I had family from Georgia that was skeptical about Michigan BBQ and they were blown away. Everyone was talking about the food! We had the brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, and mac & cheese for the dinner. Our appetizers were BBQ pork filled potato skins, bacon wrapped jalapeno sausage bits and pork belly burnt ends. We did have some vegetarian guests we wanted to accommodate, so Steve whipped up a BBQ jackfruit option and made the baked beans vegetarian! I can't believe how delicious even the vegetarian options were. We had so many compliments and it was such an easy, professional process to book them. Highly recommend!“
