Tim Hortons is a decent establishment with some inconsistencies. The coffee is good, but the creamer in a cup was an unpleasant surprise, with one customer having to discard their coffee. Service can be fast, but it's dependent on the staff member taking the order. On the plus side, the donuts are always available and the ice capp machines are reliable. Employees have shown dedication to serving customers, going above and beyond to fulfill special requests, such as white hot chocolate. Despite some hit-or-miss experiences, this location has proven to be a reliable and satisfying choice.
