Overall, despite it being a little chaotic getting it in my hands, it was really good. I haven't had rice like that since hanging out with farming migrants as a young woman over a decade ago. In short, the most traditional and flavorful, perfectly cooked rice. The chimi was *perfect*, not over fried or under fried, and the portions are ample. I will done in person next time I'm in town, New Buffalo is the best place for a quiet few days away and I visit a few times a year.“
