“I’m curious if the owner knows the North Muskegon location regularly leaves their phone off the hook. This has happened to us on multiple occasions in the last year. When we show up in person to order they laugh it off. I don’t think the person paying them to be there would find it funny. Love the food but some of the staff is questionable.“

“I ordered food to pick up on our way home from Michigan adventures, my food got done a lil early and we were running behind. I called little Caesars just to let them know I was running a little behind and would be about 10 or so mins late so they didn't think I was not coming. I spoke w a young lady on the phone (forgive me for forgetting your name) she was very polite and understanding and even though I hadn't asked offered to remake my order so we could enjoy it fresh. Her customer service was on par in every single way!!!! I was greeted w smiles and conversation, the food was hot and delicious. Overall it was a great experience for my first time being at this location. The staff who were working June 19th around 6 pm deserve some recognition ???I“

“You have excellent food! Tried the Philly Steak Sub with Au Jus, Ranch Fries, Deep Fried Cheesecake, and Buffalo Chicken Salad! The service was excellent! You definitely are our new place to go! The prices were reasonable!“

“Five stars. My son is special needs and accidentally pulled a large vase down over top of him in the round booth and shattered it on the table. Within seconds, there were three different staff helping clean up and getting us all new drinks just in case glass went in them. They also moved us to the booth directly next to us so they could thoroughly clean the booth. Their food is always great, especially the pizzas but the service after this accident was outstanding. We felt so cared for and loved by the staff after this. 🥰“
