“I recently visited this Chipotle location, and I have to say my experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a few special requests for my vegetarian bowl, and they handled everything with ease.

However, there was a small hiccup—some chicken had accidentally fallen into the Fajita Veggies. As a fully vegetarian customer, I obviously couldn’t have that! I pointed it out, and they were more than willing to start fresh and make me a new bowl without any fuss. It was great to see how dedicated they were to making things right.

I had come from another Chipotle where I had a pretty bad experience with a rude manager, so I was relieved to find this location nearby. The service here really turned my day around, and I left feeling satisfied and happy. Overall, I highly recommend this Chipotle for anyone looking for a good meal and friendly service!“

I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“I've been going here with a group of friends for a several years now and it's become a tradition that I would never want to quit! The food is delicious and the staff is AMAZING (shout out to Miguel, Raul, Seira, Angelica, Crystal and anyone else I've missed --- LOVE you all!) Some of my go-to faves: shrimp tacos, anything with beef cheek (quesadillas, tacos, etc.), taco salad, fajitas (the meal that ends up being 2-3) and anything from the bar :D I'd also like to take a moment to really commend the staff & owners: ever since COVID started, it's been extremely tough for most every restaurant to obtain/keep their staff. I know there may be times Alchile can get really busy (as there are a lot of us that go regularly) and there may be times you may have to wait longer than you'd like to get a seat (or your food/drink) but know that the staff works really hard & truly cares about each customer and you will NOT be disappointed! They are well worth the wait“

“We all loved our main dishes except for the cole slaw which was way too soupy. It was like drinking cole slaw dressing when we tried to eat our cole slaw. Whomever is making the cole slaw needs some training. The rest of the food was great, and we usually love their cole slaw. Not tonight (11/16/25).“

“Came in to give it a try and wasn’t helped for like 3-5 minutes. Like there was no one even in the place to help me, it was empty, I was even checking to make sure I didn’t walk into a closed restaurant by accident. But eventually someone came out from the back and I ordered two hard shell tacos a la carte. I had read the reviews that they get soggy so I ate one in the parking lot, lol and it was nice and crispy and one when I got home, it was a bit mushy. They had a very nice flavor, wish there were more tomatoes, I’ll probably ask for extra next time. They were pricey as others have said, costing me almost $10.00 for two tacos (smaller than T-Bell). Not a place you can frequent, but worth a try. The place was being used as storage and the inside didn’t come off the most clean because of it. Also, no inside dining, carry out only.“

“Our family stopped In there today to try for the first time. We had 2 Large steak burritos, 1 veggie burrito bowl and 2 churros. Food was amazingly good. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. All the food options looked and tasted fresh. Churros rocked. Heck I might stop in just for those alone. I would highly recommend this place over the large Corporate chain options out there. Hope these guys stay around for a long time“
