Been here a couple times. Food is what you expect. I think the service is wonderful….all the staff were very friendly. My only suggestion is to consider a better spot for the cashier line. It’s directly in front of the door making it a bit awkward figuring out how to queue. These bad reviews look like bots to me
Absolutely outstanding customer service. The manager Olivia was amazing in helping with an ordering issue I had. Food was good.
The place was busy but still got my whole family's order quick hot and delicious. The chicken was so good. The bread should be illegal, it is worth the carbs.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers food that is what you expect, with wonderful service and very friendly staff. The chicken is so good, and the bread should be illegal, worth the carbs. The place can be busy but still gets orders quick, hot, and delicious. However, some find it not as good as other locations, with toast that wasn't the same (no butter) and lemonade that tasted like bitter water. The sauce stands out, and the sweet tea wasn't bad. One experience was hands down the best Cane's ever, with phenomenal service, undeniably delicious food that was hot and fresh, a clean restaurant, and super friendly staff. The cashier line placement in front of the door can make queuing awkward.
