Michigan made company, you probably wont find better chocolate in the state. If you dont stop by here at least once in your life, you will be truly missing out on a wonderful hole in the wall. Sanders is legendary and the fresh stuff is even better!
Every trip to the west side must be capped by a visit to the Sanders store in Twelve Oaks Mall! I know. You can find Sanders products in gift shops and corner stores around here too. But do they have the awesome soda fountain, too?? No, I didn't think so! And after all these years I have learned that a "cooler" is different from a "float" (the former is blended, the latter has scoops of ice cream with pop poured over them. Well it isn't like it was when I was a kid. But nothing stays the same. Bumpy cake used to be mile high, powdered sugar donuts were huge and so were the 25cent ice cream cones. Still same hot fudge and I enjoyed the visit.
