“Bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. Tay and her crew put on a good show. Food is hot, tasty and plenty of it. Shrimp tacos are great. They mix a good drink and put up with my sick jokes, so yes I'll be back :)“

“Great place. Great friends.“

“Always feel like family coming in here. Sometimes the wait is a little long but the food is definitely worth it every time wether its 10 min or 30. All of the staff including the owner(Joe), are great and very welcoming. 10 out 10 recommend going if you haven't yet. Sticky burger is the best thing on the menu.“

“There must have been some sort of mistake I did not leave that review intentionally. I have always had great service and great food there. I have really enjoyed your open patio. you have always treated me very well and I will continue to do business with you I have updated the review. I'm very sorry if I caused any harm“

“Had an awesome night out with family at The Back Forty! We changed plans last minute and ended up here — and I’m glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and on point. Food was outstanding: 🔥 Deep-fried dough bites with cheese & marinara 🔥 Hand-dipped onion rings (some of the best I’ve had) 🔥 Huge plate of nachos loaded up and done right 🔥 Perfect pizza — great crust, light sauce, golden cheese 🔥 Flaky, hand-dipped fish with perfectly seasoned fries And somehow… we still made room for the skillet cookie 🍪 Great food, great service, and a perfect night catching up with family. We drove from Vernon — and honestly, even if you’re not near Chesaning, it’s worth the drive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+“

“Was there with a few family members for dinner. Evan our bartender, was very attentive , beers were cold, service was prompt and the food was amazing! The new addition is looking great! if you haven't been there in a while it's definitely worth going to see and having a cold beer!“

“The lady who took my order was so polite and helpful. The ice tea was fresh and ice cold. The burger was very lean and well done. The bun and chips were not equal to the quality of the perfect burger. I will be back. Highly recommend you check them out.“

“Only went here for drinks before, but I ordered the walleye and it was very good. Everyone else said their food was good, too!“
