“Please check your orders before you taste. They mixed up our order and gave my daughter a peanut butter smoothie instead of the Sunrise sunset that we ordered. She is highly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. She took a drink and immediately spit it out. Hoping we don’t end up in the hospital tonight.“

“I normally order from the Okemos location and they are wonderful. tonight I ordered from the Lansing location and was really disappointed. First they forgot one of my sides and the sides for both kids meals I ordered. Thankfully, I checked before driving 20 minutes home. Then when we got home, I had ordered two chicken quesadillas, and not only did both quesadillas lack chicken, they were burnt and too hard/ crunchy for my kids to eat.“

So that makes a reward system kind of sucky for me
But their smoothies are always amazing and their service is always great
My only complaint about this location is the parking
The line to starbucks really makes parking extra difficult in this location
Especially handicap“

“The energy teas are amazing, I’ve tried 4 flavors so far, and the you Greg woman who helped me was so kind and helpful answered all of my questions and never once mentioned Herbalife or whatever people are complaining about. Wish it was closer to my home/work I’d be there for an energy tea every day!“

“I used to be a regular about 10 years ago, but moved out of state. I was visiting Ann Arbor today, but drove out of my way to order from Sultan's just because I missed it that much. The best around; accept no substitutes. The hummus is the best I've ever found, and the chicken shawarma is absolutely delicious. Would rate 10/5 if Google would let me.“

“Delicious, freshly made smoothies. The lady and others usually there are all very nice, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the menu.There are healthier smoothies and also heavier ones, all calories and prices are openly listed on the menu.They are also very transparent about allergies and always wash the blenders and utensils. If you have a special request or allergy, just ask and they will be more than happy to accommodate you.“
