“The food at Ken's is always excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive to keeping your drinks refilled. Also I recently helped plan an advent breakfast at my church for 120 women. We ordered all of our scrambled eggs, sausage links and hash browns from Ken's. Maria was wonderful to work with, as we made our order. When we picked everything up, she even threw in a huge batch of banana pudding for free! All of the ladies enjoyed the delicious food! I highly recommend Ken's for your catering needs!“

“The Fed Community offered an amazing experience with excellent food and top-notch service, all in a relaxed yet elevated setting. The ambiance made it perfect for a quiet romantic dinner, making the evening even better. Everyone from the floor managers to the Chef checked in frequently on us, and Levi provided excellent service. On the food: everything had a great balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. We started off with bread service, all freshly baked, clam chowder soup and Spanish Octopus, followed by perfectly seared scallops. The Gnocchi Saltado also blew me away with the perfectly tender yet firm gnocchi and woodfire grilled tenderloin tips. For sweet endings we finished with a delicate Banofee Pie and the their Opera cake; kudos to their pastry Chef and team for these as well! We came for a quiet night out, and left with great memories! This was well worth the trip, and we'll be back soon. I apologize for not having any pictures, but I was too busy soaking it all in.“

“I haven’t personally dined in at Fifth Tavern yet, but my mom brought me home a slice of carrot cake after celebrating her birthday there, and I wanted to share a quick note on that alone.

The carrot cake was very sweet — almost beyond sweet — but still really yummy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t say it’s the best carrot cake I’ve ever had, but it was definitely delicious and satisfying. What really stood out was the portion size: I had about half of what was served to her and her boyfriend, and it was more than enough. Generous portions for sure.

Based on the dessert alone, I can say they don’t skimp, and I’d be open to trying the restaurant myself in the future.“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. The wait staff is professional. We plan to take friends to dinner tonight and know everyone will enjoy dinner.“

“We sat out on the patio for dinner and it was warm and cozy. We have never been there before so we asked the waitress for her recs on appetizers. The Carne Asada Fries did NOT disappoint! “I was flying solo this weekend and wanted a nice dinner and experience! Kruse's Deer Lake Inn did not disappoint. I chose from the Flavors of Fall on the menu (pick two) 😋 The stuffed shrimp was prepared perfectly (tender), and the baked shrimp and scallops were delicious. The pilaf pleasantly surprised me and was very good (pilaf is something I would have never ordered but it was the side for the pick two). I also had a Martha's Vineyard salad add tomatoes (not pictured)! I look forward to stopping in again soon!“

“What better way to celebrate a hole in one than by treating your fellow golfers to a round of drinks and appetizers at the local bar. I was lucky enough to join in the celebration and excitement at the annual ASBE foundation golf outing when a fellow golfer won the $5,000 prize. Since we were there so late we also decided to order dinner. The chicken parmesan sandwich and club sandwich really hit the spot. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to go when in the area.“

“Some friends took us out for hospitality today and this was the first time I've been to this restaurant.
Sooooo many TV's to watch every football game.
My wife had a whiskey chicken wrap and I enjoyed a burger. Both were presented and cooked very good. We had 7 in our group and all of the food except for 1 of our guests came out together. The last was just about 10 min later. The place was packed, so I was shocked that most of the food came out together. The friends that brought us said they've never ordered something bad from here. I believe it!
I'm from the Howell area, so not sure how often I'll get out this way. But if I did, I'd come back!“

“A very comfortable place with very good food and service! I love the Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday night with the Bourbon Glazed Salmon being a close second. One of the best French Onion soup bowls if you like the cheese melted over the bowl. (which I do!)“
