Always takes forever to get our food, when we visit the town!!
Usually a 4.5-5 star. Lately their french fries are awful. We've been twice in the last two weeks and their french fries are undercooked and soggy. Inedible. Kind of gross, actually. Normally their fries are very good. I don't know what's happening but i won't be getting their fries again.

McDonald's is a popular restaurant with great food. The staff is generally friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean. However, during busy periods, the lines can be extremely slow, leading to frustration. Despite this, the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and a simple "good morning" and "welcome" can go a long way in improving the customer experience. The food is always fresh, especially the breakfast menu items, and the staff is always friendly, despite the challenges of the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the restaurant's cleanliness can be an issue, with food and debris on the tables and floors, which has been a recurring complaint from customers.
