When you have Culver’s across the street, doing everything great, one would think you would try harder. Food was cold, service was slow. In comparison to the Owosso location, employees lacked any motivation and seemed unprofessional. This isn’t my first time having a bad experience and now will try my best to avoid eating here.
Ordered two breakfast sandwiches at the drive thru. First red flag should have been when my order was displayed, second was when I wasn't offered a receipt. Sandwiches were wrong and ended throwing them away.

The food is as expected for McDonald's. The drive-thru is always terrible. Every time we visit this location in the evening, we're told to pull up (same for all the cars behind me) until no more can fit in the pulled up spaces. Then it takes another 15 mins or so for the food to be brought out after watching the workers go from car to car trying to figure out whose order they were holding bc there's so many cars waiting.The last time, we were pulled up and waited over 20 mins...read full review
