“Arrived around 6pm Table 24 Server: Joanna B. Manager: Payton My wife and I chose to come here to celebrate my birthday and I enjoy the atmosphere. I ordered a 10 oz steak with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes, my wife ordered the Fettuccine Carrabba and we both had coke to drink. My wife loved her meal and there was nothing wrong with it at all. She ordered one of the soups and it came with a washed but still dirty spoon that had food still stuck on it. I had the Caesar Salad that was filled more than halfway with the stalks of the iceberg lettuce. I don't mind some crunch in my salad, but I separated the stalks out and it was more than the leaves. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare to raw in the middle and it was cool to the touch in the middle. My broccoli was squishy and like mush to the point that I could use my knife to press it flat without much resistance. My garlic mashed potatoes were great except for the fact that I had enough potato skins in my two scoops to make 2 or three potatoes. Now I wouldn't have minded that except that they were still all connected together in three big clumps of skin that had not been cut apart. Alright I know, this sounds like a pretty lack luster experience so far and with it being my birthday, you would think that I would have given a one or two star rating but here is the reason why I gave it three stars. Our server, Joanna, did such a fantastic job with handling the different issues in a professional and positive manner. Honestly, her personality and upbeat energy made us feel like family or friends coming over for dinner rather than going to a restaurant. And it was refreshing to have someone that actually treated us like friends rather than just Table 24. Payton, the manager on duty, was also very receptive to the issues that we had experienced, actually listened to our concerns and worked to fix the issue to make sure that we left as happy customers. These two women are the reason why we will be coming back again. Keep up the work that you are doing and know that you both are doing a great job of representing Carrabba's.“

“We placed a small catering order this past weekend for our son's first birthday party and the morning of the party, half of our guests canceled due to illness. We called in a panic to try and downsize the order and ultimately had to cancel our taco bar. Whomever we talked to was incredibly gracious and understanding but we felt terrible for our change in plans. We had our hearts set on mexican food and were able to still place a pickup order for our remaining guests that afternoon. From burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and guac, our guests enjoyed it very much! The portions were impressive, everything was hot and fresh, and well packaged. Incredible value, great quality food - we highly recommend Fiesta Burrito and can't wait until our next visit. Thank you!“

“I have come here quiet a few times over the years and haven't had a problem. I am a stickler for customer service though. I don't know who trains the ones that work at the take out counter, but there needs to be more!!!! Picked up an order and there was NO thank you, have a good night, or no smile!!! I didnt even know if the receipt was mine, she sort of just tossed it onto the box. Good old customer service is your first in with the community!!!“

“Came in from out of town and made sure to check out a hockey themed bar being a live long hockey fan. Burger was good despite me not being super hungry. Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.“

“If you get the opportunity to be served by Logan and Jade downstairs, do not miss it under any circumstance. I haven’t been to downtown in a long time (I’m a country hick), and these two treated my group like we were the only people in the restaurant. As far as those two were concerned, we were royalty. While they were “just doing their jobs,” they were amazing. If the rest of the staff is half as good as these two, do not hesitate to stop in. We could not have dreamed of better service. I just hope we tipped enough for how they treated us.“

“Food is delicious, takeout orders frequently wrong. This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.“

“All our Papa Murphy’s locations in Grand Rapids, Mi. are closed. HOWEVER, the Plainwell, Mi. location is open for business. It is definitely worth the drive to get PM pizza 🍕 in Plainwell. I’ve purchased pizza from all PM franchises in GR. Prepare to be amazed by the premium pizza they create. I met the 2 young gentlemen that are the franchise owners. It’s amazing, the service and product that owner/employees provide and produce. PS… I bought 4 for the weekend.“

“My group visited on Jan 2nd, and while everyone else's meals were fine, I was incredibly disappointed with the Pot Roast Stacker. I’ve had this dish at many restaurants, but this version was a massive letdown. Instead of tender pot roast, I was served dry, thin slices of lunch meat roast beef that tasted like a cheap 70s TV dinner. For such a simple meal, the quality was unacceptable. Save your money and order something else—avoid the pot roast at all costs.“

“Super friendly beyond awesome service tamale kitchen is my first and only stop when thinking about getting Mexican food in Michigan. the food is so fresh whenever I go to stop by for lunch you guys are always on top of everything preparing food bringing it to the warmer out front and a very clean safe environment for everyone. There are plenty of things for the non-meat eaters as well.\nThe day I was there, the weather was nice and our group sat up on the terrace. \nThis is a great place to watch a game; lots of TV screens and plenty of beverages and snacks (or more).\nGood location close to K College and WMU.“

“We order from here a lot, but not after tonight. Most of the order was messed up and not cooked fully. Then, something we regularly ordered was half the size it was two days ago yet, the full price. We compared the containers because visually it was that obvious. Called and talked to the manager and got an apology, but no offer to correct the order or refund what they left out and what was not fully cooked. Would not recommend nor will be back!“
