“Delicious food at a good price! They also have yuengling beer on tap, which is new to michigan. We go about twice a week and always have a good time, plus line dancing on some Thursday nights. Finally our family deep well ran dry and the owners son was more than gracious to help us out and fill up a camping tote for drinking water.”

“We had Emmy's provide desserts for our wedding and it was an ABSOLUTE HIT. I think that if there was a metaphorical plate for guests to lick, they would have. We were asked several times at the reception who/where we got the desserts from, including from some friends who are also planning weddings. We had cake pops, brownies, and mini cheesecakes and they were perfect. Our cutting cake was absolutely amazing as well. Perfectly made and one of the best cakes I've had. On the planning side, working with Emily was simple and she was awesome in working with us for our "vision" for our desserts. Pricing was more than reasonable and absolutely worth it for the food provided for the wedding. I would highly recommend Emmy's for any event, wedding or not, or just for driving through town and wanting a sweet treat!”

“It's never bad. It never blows my mind. There isn't much alcohol in there but drinks are cheap and it's good for a quick meal. The quality is always just okay. Service is usually always pretty good which is why I decided on 4 stars.

My only warning is full size salads are complete ripoffs. Salad on the left was $3 with a meal. Salad on the right is $16. Granted, one has chicken but they both legitimately had the exact same amount of lettuce, if not a bit less in the chicken one. I called to ask if they accidentally did a side salad for both. Nope. The manager says she is the one who packed it and saw absolutely nothing wrong with the value here and confirmed it was correct. Gotcha. It was the last full size salad ever ordered there for us.

Its a notch better than fast food for sure but I much prefer Social House for quality. Its more worth it when they run promotions and offer coupons for sure.”

Whether it is their menu staples, chefs specials’ or local dinners at the orchard, the food never disappoints. Plus, it’s nice to be addressed by name when you walk in the door. “I grew up in Southfield, Michigan which outside of Chicago, San Francisco, and New York, has some of the best Chinese food in the country. Thus, I have high standards for Chinese food. We tried Great Wok for the first time today, and were very impressed with the food. The triple delight with ginger and garlic sauce was delicious. The vegetables were fresh; the meat was cooked perfectly; and it was not too salty. The shrimp curry fried Rice was a dish I have not seen anywhere else before and was also very enjoyable. The crab rangoons were quite good. Portion sizes are large Cindy, the owner, is a very nice person who treats customers like family. (We spoke for about 20 minutes last week to learn more about the restaurant). Finally, we are very glad that they're able to prepare most dishes without MSG. All dishes with brown sauce can be easily made with no MSG, and the crab rangoons have no MSG. We look forward to returning soon. They are exclusively carry out, FYI.”

“The food is incredible, but I recently dined there and paid with credit card, which I will never do again. What I was charged with on my bank statement was quite a bit higher. They bring the machine to the table to pay, and I left 0 tip on credit because I like to leave cash. The ending credit card amount was like I left a 20 percent tip on card. I have no receipt, because when they bring the machine to the table it doesn’t spit out one. Lesson learned.”

“I’d say "try at your own risk." Our first visit today was a bit of a letdown. We were seated at a very cramped table despite plenty of booths being open and only a party of two got them. ​As for the food : ​Chicken Flatbread: Good flavor, but the bacon was too hard to eat. ​Chicken Alfredo: Very dry and lacked seasoning. ​Spaghetti w/ Alfredo: My daughter found her meal way too greasy to enjoy. ​Shrimp Al Forno: Very poor value—only 3 shrimp in the whole serving. ​It wasn't a "terrible" experience, but we definitely won't be rushing back.”

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.”

“We normally like everything at Sideline’s but today ordered the shrimp fettuccine. Normally very good. Today it was so salty you couldn’t eat it. The manager came out a blamed it a the prep chef. They did offer to make another meal. The issue I had was they kept serving that sauce to other customers. Someone is going to get very sick.. I can’t believe a real chef would continue to serve that.”
