I’ve purchased pizza from all PM franchises in GR. Prepare to be amazed by the premium pizza they create. I met the 2 young gentlemen that are the franchise owners. It’s amazing, the service and product that owner/employees provide and produce. PS… I bought 4 for the weekend.“

“I will start off by saying the food and service here are fantastic. Buy & Large the best Asian food in the tri cities area. The chicken on a stick is the best I've had from any Asian food restaurant. However, the crab Rangoons are abysmal... some of the worst I've ever had. There is almost no filling in them and there is NO CRAB at all. Purely cream cheese. Please, improve your rangoons and you will be the best Asian food in the state of Michigan.“

This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. “My group visited on Jan 2nd, and while everyone else's meals were fine, I was incredibly disappointed with the Pot Roast Stacker. I’ve had this dish at many restaurants, but this version was a massive letdown. Instead of tender pot roast, I was served dry, thin slices of lunch meat roast beef that tasted like a cheap 70s TV dinner. For such a simple meal, the quality was unacceptable. Save your money and order something else—avoid the pot roast at all costs.“

“We order from here a lot, but not after tonight. Most of the order was messed up and not cooked fully. Then, something we regularly ordered was half the size it was two days ago yet, the full price. We compared the containers because visually it was that obvious. Called and talked to the manager and got an apology, but no offer to correct the order or refund what they left out and what was not fully cooked. Would not recommend nor will be back!“

“We had Papa’s Italian Sausage cater our wedding. It’s the absolutely delicious, we had lasagna, Alfredo, caprese salad, breadsticks, meatballs and the sausage with peppers and onion. Everything was hot, soooo flavorful and filling. You can tell that Carl puts his heart and soul into making his food. The catering was so easy, he came in and set up in a blink of an eye. It was so so seamless. I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you, Carl. It was perfect!“

“When we lived in Plain well we loved this place! We came there tonight with friends and it was terrible l Food was called and when we complained the manager argued with us about how long we waited (We had reservations for 5:15) we didn't get our food until after 6! The manager said we had only been waiting an hour! Plus she made no attempt to warm up our food and just walked away! We drove 30 miles to get there and was treated terrible! Also there was an employee back in the kitchen that should of had his hair pulled back with hair down past his shoulders. We definitely will not be back!!“

“This is our go to place. We especially like the subs. The bread is so good and the subs are always loaded with toppings. We have tried a couple of the pizzas also and they are also spot on. 👌“

“Place was very good, food was good, atmosphere was very nice got to watch football on the televisions in there. Look out for Jaina W. she is so nice and provided excellent service! Although our appetizers were a little late, it was good after all. Definitely coming back in the future.
