“All our Papa Murphy’s locations in Grand Rapids, Mi. are closed. HOWEVER, the Plainwell, Mi. location is open for business. It is definitely worth the drive to get PM pizza 🍕 in Plainwell. I’ve purchased pizza from all PM franchises in GR. Prepare to be amazed by the premium pizza they create. I met the 2 young gentlemen that are the franchise owners. It’s amazing, the service and product that owner/employees provide and produce. PS… I bought 4 for the weekend.“

“We brought in a party of eight without warning, including three children. When I tell you that Ashley took the BEST care of us, I mean she was a knock-out awesome server! She was so quick and anticipated everything with a smile and cheerful enthusiasm. We also appreciate the manager checking in with us. “I will start off by saying the food and service here are fantastic. Buy & Large the best Asian food in the tri cities area. The chicken on a stick is the best I've had from any Asian food restaurant. However, the crab Rangoons are abysmal... some of the worst I've ever had. There is almost no filling in them and there is NO CRAB at all. Purely cream cheese. Please, improve your rangoons and you will be the best Asian food in the state of Michigan.“

“This was my first time experiencing The Rooster’s Call on Gull Road and it was nothing short of amazing in every way. I enjoyed the Western omelette and it was evident that fresh ingredients were used. It was the BEST omelette I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My server, Mady, was very attentive and friendly with me and all she interacted with. And finally, it has a very open, laid-back atmosphere while still maintaining professionalism. It is clear many people have become regulars because of their caring environment. I will be back! 👍🏻😃“

“Food is delicious, takeout orders frequently wrong. This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. “Super friendly beyond awesome service tamale kitchen is my first and only stop when thinking about getting Mexican food in Michigan. the food is so fresh whenever I go to stop by for lunch you guys are always on top of everything preparing food bringing it to the warmer out front and a very clean safe environment for everyone. “We order from here a lot, but not after tonight. Most of the order was messed up and not cooked fully. Then, something we regularly ordered was half the size it was two days ago yet, the full price. We compared the containers because visually it was that obvious. Called and talked to the manager and got an apology, but no offer to correct the order or refund what they left out and what was not fully cooked. Would not recommend nor will be back!“

“We had Papa’s Italian Sausage cater our wedding. It’s the absolutely delicious, we had lasagna, Alfredo, caprese salad, breadsticks, meatballs and the sausage with peppers and onion. Everything was hot, soooo flavorful and filling. You can tell that Carl puts his heart and soul into making his food. The catering was so easy, he came in and set up in a blink of an eye. It was so so seamless. I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you, Carl. It was perfect!“

We came there tonight with friends and it was terrible l Food was called and when we complained the manager argued with us about how long we waited (We had reservations for 5:15) we didn't get our food until after 6! The manager said we had only been waiting an hour! Plus she made no attempt to warm up our food and just walked away! We drove 30 miles to get there and was treated terrible! Also there was an employee back in the kitchen that should of had his hair pulled back with hair down past his shoulders. We definitely will not be back!!“

“The 18% gratuity for "large party" mind you 2 kids (4 and 16) and 3 adults is what they consider large. Most families are 5 people, definitely was a turn off for me and my friend. Food definitely wasn't as good as it used to be and 3 people ended up sick and on the toilet the entire night. Dont order pountine tots theres pretty much no gravy on them and the blackened fish was slimy amd didn't taste right. Drinks were empty and had to wait forever for refills. Im a huge foodie so this was a let down. We all will not be going back.“
