“Is it silly to review your run-of-the-mill fast food places? Perhaps, but if you eat a decent amount of fast food it's pretty easy to learn that not all of these places are created equal, and things have gone downhill exponentially since the pandemic, and are just now starting to recover a bit.
Before we kick this off, I want to mention that if you're still Taco Belling without using the app to order your food, you're unfortunately doing it wrong. Really the only way to get anything at an affordable price at any Taco Bell location is by ordering through the app, and then going to pick your food up. It's easy and painless, and will save you bundles of cash in the long run. Also if you're a chunky hunk like me, you'll end up with all sorts of freebies if you're ordering on the regular. Who doesn't like free stuff?
Okay here we go...
This particular location has a few things working for, and against it. Physical location is one of those things. It's in a very busy area surrounded by a ton of other fast food places, sprinkled in with places to shop, etc. It's easy to find, on the way to the freeway, etc. and easy to get in and out of in general. That being said, this is one of those Taco Bell locations where once you're in the drive thru, you cannot get out because it's one enclosed lane that wraps around the building with one way in, and then one way out.
I don't know why they built locations with a drive thru like this but it drives me a little crazy. It creates a particular issue should you have an emergency, forget your wallet, or just change your mind and no longer want tacos for lunch.
I have also noticed that if you're using the app to place your order, sometimes things won't be available via the app at this location, but are right there on the menu board when you go pick up your food. I have no idea how that works, and perhaps they can turn things on and off for ordering from their end, and it's certainly not a deal breaker, just something I've noticed.
All of that being said, I have found this location to be full of friendly, professional and efficient employees, my food is always freshly made, hot, and my order correct. All of that is actually a lot to ask for these days, which is the main reason I keep coming back.
I tend to visit this location during slower times of the day, so I have never experience much of a a wait for anything here, but I would anticipate it gets quite busy during peak dining times during lunch or dinner so that is something that should also be taken into account.
When all is said and done, I will continue to use this location to satiate my Americanized taco cravings despite the silly drive thru setup, because well tacos...that's why.“
“This tacobell is awesome, the crew was amazing, even though they are short staffed they took the time to make sure my order was correct. Kudos to the awesome closing crew. And let me tell you they have to deal with some pretty rude customers all the while trying to make food for other people. So thank you taco bell night crew“
“Nice place for a Taco Bell. No offense, but it's a fast food restaurant. Newly designed and clean. Parking is a little tight if theres a big line and once your in line for the drive thru, there is a point of no return with no outer lane for passing. Had a bad lunch experience, but understandably so, they were short staffed. They did lock the doors for drive thru only, at noon, on a weekday, and expected people to sit in a line of 12 cars to wait during lunch breaks. Not complaining, as I was fully reimbursed for my canceled meal, but I'm trying to be as transparent and fair to the places and people that read my reviews. All in all, a nice place to stop into for a quick bite“
