“We have been coming to American Grill for several years now, and we have never been disappointed, nor have we ever left hungry. While we normally come for breakfast, we do have lunch from time to time, and have even come for the Friday AUCE fish dinner a time or two. The food is always good and the portions are more than ample. We've been here enough to have figured out our favorites, as well as the best time to come, in order to avoid the crowds. And yes, a full parking lot is pretty common at AG! Patronize AG with confidence, and get ready for a great meal at the best diner in Port Huron. And if you're lucky enough to get Alix as your waitress, well, you're in for some awesome service!“

“We come to Maria’s whenever we’re headed to Lexington for a day trip. Today was no different! However, it’s our first time with our youngest. He’s newly one and definitely has a voice! As any baby, his voice cannot be tamed nor controlled because we’re in a public setting. While waiting for our breakfast, he started to get loud and antsy - probably hungry since we already drove an hour from home. A gentleman at the restaurant was simply not okay with the noises and very loudly and abruptly yelled for us to quiet him down. The entire restaurant fell silent. Everyone looking over at us but with complete sympathy, reassuring us he’s just a baby and there’s not much we can. And how appalled they are someone would ever make a comment. Still continuing to try and keep his voice down with anything on the table that I possibly can, he yelled again. & the man a second time, yelled “QUIET!!” At this point, I of course broke down. I’ve never been out in public and someone yelled at me to get my 1 year old to stop making noise. I’m also not a parent who doesn’t care and let’s their kids do whatever. We were trying all we could because we also are respectful of others dining. This is where I need to say how much I appreciate the staff and Maria herself. All the employees were coming up to me, giving me a hug. Trying to console me. Brought suckers for my boys. Maria wouldn’t even let us pay for breakfast, which we wouldn’t let but she insisted! People at other tables were coming up and talking to us and letting us know how unnecessary the comments were. To Maria, staff and all the people who showed us kindness, thank you. Thank you for understanding. Thank you for letting me know you’ve all been through it at some point. Thank you for reminding me that a baby is a baby. Your kindness will never be forgotten. “If you haven't heard- great food tucked up top of the SPERRY'S building! Stopped through for a quick bite to eat downtown, had such a great time joking around with the staff that we stuck around to check out the arcade too!Definitely will be back for the nostalgic pinball and the very reasonably priced arcade downstairs.If your trip to the lake gets rained out,you can spend a whole day in here catching a show,grubbing lunch,and rocking the arcade games. ?S/O to super friendly staff Tim & Becky for showing us around our first time. ✨“

“Hats off to Nicks, we got delivery got 7 different orders and it was delivered in about 35 minutes. Everything hot and good. I was amazed how fast they got it to me. This isn't the first time I ordered delivery and it was fast and good every time. This is my restaurant of choice. Thanks Nicks“

“This is my second time at Anne's Diner. Both times our meals were amazingly good. I recently moved nearby, so it is convenient to be so close to Anne's Diner. Tonight my 10 year old great grandson had chicken tenders and fries and he raved about how good it was and gave it a 10/10! He wants to come back for breakfast. I enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner. The service was outstanding and the business was very clean. We have definitely found out new favorite diner in " Anne's Diner".“

“The Zebra lounge has been under new ownership for a few months, and as with any new business owner, they are constantly learning. With that being said, I had a business meeting there yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed my food and service. I was back there this evening for some drinks, and Carla went above and beyond for our group. She was absolutely amazing. Her personality was the icing on the cake. Definitely looking forward to being back!“
