“I had an absolutely delightful experience at Y’OPA Frozen Yogurt during my visit to Portage, Michigan! As a tourist, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the incredible customer service from Kenisha truly elevated the entire experience. She was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding my boyfriend and me through all the available frozen yogurt flavors with detailed and enthusiastic descriptions. Her helpful suggestions made us even more excited to create our own custom treats!

“I have been a loyal customer at Ritter's (Portage, MI) for at least 10 years and it is because of their delicious Icecream and friendly service. During my visit today, I was disappointed in how a member of the staff handled a mistake with my order. I am not sure if she was the manager or owner, but during the confusion of getting my order and charges correct, I was still unsure if I was receiving the correct change back, especially after she mistakenly gave me back the wrong amount the first time. As I was still trying to figure it out in my mind, someone must've spoken to her through the headset microphone she had on and she says loud enough for me to hear, "she's arguing about a dollar." I felt this to be quite rude to allow me to hear, especially since I was not "arguing" and after I waited patiently for them to make the corrections to the "mistakes" that they had made. Afterward, I relayed to her that I just wanted it to be right, regardless of if it were only a dollar, as I feel the dollars (and loyalty cards) I use to pay for my order are earned and mine. In all my years of being a customer, I have never been spoken about in this way. I'm hoping that it will be the last and that it was just an off day.“

“Went for my birthday and the Nintendo event. Loved the ice cream and the staff were troopers. They had to deal with a Karen who was talk down to them. They stayed calm and professional, and made sure her bad attitude did not bring anyone else down. I applaud ya'll ? ??“

“I forgot to order a cake ahead of time and my son wanted an ice cream cake. I came into Menchie’s last minute, hoping and praying I could get a sonic cake made for him. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to do it but figured I’d try. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was AMAZING! So helpful, super understanding, SO accommodating, she promised to have the cake made & ready in 24 hours. I picked it up this afternoon and it was the PERFECT sonic cake! My son said “my cake is the best cake ever” after his first bite! I’d say that’s a win! It’s absolutely delicious! “This is the only place I get my Mexican food from. I've tried many other places and none of them are as good as Monarca's. My boyfriend and I love getting their food whenever we get the chance (sometimes 3 times in a week if we have enough money 🫣). Their owner and staff are always so friendly as well!
