Kumo Hibachi & Sushi used to have better quality, but recent experiences have been disappointing. The fried calamari was rubbery and sushi was average. The service lacked attention and staff availability. A first-time visitor found the restaurant clean but the waiter was unhelpful and unwelcoming to new diners. Despite trying sushi and not liking it, the chicken tempura was enjoyable. Another guest had a great experience, praising the amazing food, especially the sushi rolls. The server was new but efficient, and the cook provided an entertaining experience, although language barriers were present. Overall, Kumo Hibachi & Sushi offers good food but inconsistent service.
