The wait in the drive thru was a bit long. Food tasted excellent. My biggest issue is I ordered a plate and wanted the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Instead I got the Cantonese Beef (I think) which is a bit spicier than I would like. I did call the restaurant to let them know of the mix up and they did offer a replacement meal, but I am on limited time with my lunch break at work. Please just make sure to really knuckle into order accuracy and this place would earn the 5th star
Is Panda Express great Chinese food? No.
However, and I struggle with this every time I get food from them, they're the only restaurant in Kalamazoo that can seem to make fried foods, that are crispy.
It's absolutely insane to me, that Panda Express is the only restaurant in Kalamazoo, that makes really good Orange Chicken.
The batter is crispy and chewy, the sauce is flavorful and spicy; I'm flabbergasted.
It simply should not...
