“We aren’t from Portland but make the drive because we love the atmosphere. Crystal is amazing with kids and whenever we ask our two kids where they want to eat they go just to see her. The outdoor area overlooking the river is really nice too!“

I wanted something different so I ordered the Crab Rangoon Flatbread. Wow! That was such an amazing dish! I could not believe how good this tasted! “We stopped in while passing through town and we are so glad we did. The beer selection had something for everyone! We shared a flight and each beer was better than the last. The staff was fun, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the brewery itself was so laid back and had such a cool vibe. We ended up ordering a snack which was also amazing. Can’t recommend this brewery enough. We will make a point to visit next time we are nearby.“

“We ate here yesterday. I was Not impressed. How do you stay in business for 20 plus years when you can't even make a basic omelet. It was disgusting. the mushrooms smelled bad tasted like out of a can the ham was slimy and cheap the cheese wasn't cheese at all but liquid bs. the hasbrowns were Patty's not very good either. sorely discusted. on my birthday. the simplest meal to make epic fail. won't be back it's always busy I do not know how after yesterday's hot mess. my opinion. you'll leave hungry“

“yesterday, my wife and I stopped in at The alibi. it came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. we had dinner plans later in the day so we only had appetizers. they were delicious and our waitress, named China, was very informational and very pleasant. we informed her of my wife's shellfish allergy and she assured us that the oil had not been used for any shrimp that day. we will come back with a better appetite, hoping to see China then. 😉“

“A very friendly bar that we have loved to go to for probably the last 10 12 years. The owner is a great gal and the clientele are always friendly. Schafers always feels like at at home bar. We have no problem driving from Portland Westphalia to have a cold beer or a drink it's certainly worth it. I have met so many wonderful people here over the years. We do not mind that they don't have food because we always run down to Diana's and get subs and Schafer's doesn't care if you eat them there.“
