I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. I had ordered a sandwich online and used tokens during my purchase. While submitting my order, I received an error and it looked as if my order had not been submitted as it was not in my history. However, I noticed my tokens had been deducted on the app, so I looked at my bank account and saw a pending charge. I went to the location and was greeted by a very nice employee. I always have amazing experiences at this location, but tonight was phenomenal. I've always had sensory issues, especially with food and I got distracted talking to one of the wonderful ladies behind the counter and forgot to ask for light mayo. After coming back to my car and realizing my mistake I came back in, and they were wonderful about it. Made me a new sandwich quickly and were very lighthearted and kind about the whole situation. This location will make your sub the way you want it! Do not hesitate to ask for more or less of an item on your sandwich. Staff is awesome and the pizza, salads, and cookies are as well. Conveniently located near junction of US 2 and Highway 41.
