Holy shit I knew things were gonna be good after that first fry. I aggressively drove the 5 minutes home thinking of the magical burger that was waiting its it beautiful box. “All ingredients are SOOO clean and amazingly fresh. Thank you for that. I lick my fingers even when heating the sub the next day. But the sauces seem lacking .Please work on better sauces. There wasn't much in any of the subs (neither francisco nor fajita or original chicken). I can see this place becoming top of the line. Just a bit more iterations on the sauces and this place will be the addiction of Dearborn.
EDIT: went again several times after this visit. No more issues with sauce lol. Absolutely amazing. But I really do hope it stays consistent. Consistency will allow this place to grow and scale. Otherwise it'll be just another place that had potential. Anyways thanks for the amazing food!“

We were there about 2.5 hours and sampled food from 3 places and some drinks from the bar. Listened to the dj mixing with a great flow, watched some folks dance. Theres a little art gallery on the 2nd level from select artists. There are 2 bars inside and 2 different sides with seating as well as a small stage for live music. If you're looking for something fun to do, this is the place.“
