“Wow!! Nothing but wonderful things to say about Steve & Julie! They are absolutely fabulous to work with and beyond patient with us as we peppered them with multiple questions, as this was both mine and my husband's family's first wedding! Julie was with us every step of the way! Smokin' Steve's BBQ & Fried Pies catered our wedding and not only were we thoroughly impressed with their food, but our 200+ guests were as well! The layout of their appetizers were adorable and their dinner food lines flowed so well, allowing all of our guests to be fed in <30 minutes! They also made sure to offer accommodations to any and all guests of ours who had dietary restrictions due to food allergies. Not only are they perfect for catering weddings, but they are perfect for other events as well! We would choose their services again in a heartbeat!! 10/10 recommend! “GB’s is my #1 spot for vegan options. They also offer gluten free dough—and they’ve done a fabulous job recreating it people like me who have issues consuming gluten. The environment is laid back, easy & chill. And the view is spectacular on Michigan Ave. Grabbing a seat at the bar—no problem! You’ll be dazzled by the large selection of craft cocktails—that’s a view in it self! It tends to get crowded quick, so calling ahead or beating the crown is suggested but it’s sooo worth it. “This place was incredible. We are from out of town, and it’s so good that I would drive back here to eat again. My husband said it’s the best pizza he’s ever had, and I AGREE!! “Had an awesome experience at Pie Sci in Oakland Park. its hard to grab food on the go when its medically necessary to be gluten and dairy free. They do just that at Pie Sci! Picked up a pie to eat before the Tigers playoff game, game lost but Pizza was a home run!“

“The girl at the register is very nice and pleasant on the phone. The pizza was fantastic but the menu online needs to be updated. Every pizza on the list increased 35-45% in price which equates to $6-7 extra per pizza. The large cheese pizza is $19 not $13 the pepperoni is $22 not $15.“

“This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing. I got a canzone and it was by far one of the best I've ever had. The breading was cooked perfectly, a little crunch and soft where it was supposed to, the cheese melted perfectly to a stringy consistency, there was a perfect ratio of pepperoni, mushrooms, sauce and cheese. The outside was coated with a tasty layer of garlic butter and parm. The staff was very happy and nice. I highly recommend going here and I'll be going back to try other menu items“

“We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal! They were right there with refills, smiles, jokes and anything you needed. They made the experience so wonderful!!!
